1. Order early
We usually ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery generally takes:
- Within Canada: 1 to 5 business days
- To the US: 4 to 7 business days
During the holidays, delays of up to 14 days can happen, so the earlier you order, the better. Keep in mind that shipping times don't include order processing time, and that includes express shipping.
2. In the GTA? You have more options
If you're in the Greater Toronto Area, you can get next business day delivery. You can also skip shipping altogether and shop in person at our retail location, 171 Superior Blvd, Unit 7-9, in Mississauga. While you're there, stop by Café Palm Bites for a treat of your own.
3. Double-check your address
It sounds simple, but it's one of the most common causes of delays. If an order comes back to us because of an address error, it has to be re-shipped, which adds time you may not have in December. Take a second look at the shipping details before you check out.
4. Keep an eye on your tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Can't find it? Log in to your account using the button at the top of our website and check your order history. If your order is taking longer than expected, our team is happy to look into it.
5. Make it gift-ready
