Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Generally, orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Once processed, the tracking number will be sent to your email to help you track your order.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes, we do! We also ship within USA and UK.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $100 before tax.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes, we do! Orders placed before 11am and are local deliveries within Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are delivered same day. Please note that deliveries are anytime between 4pm to 10pm.

I made an order for pick up. When will it be ready?

Pick up orders are usually ready within 1 business day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via phone or email. We recommend you leave your phone number for quick communication.

I want to place a bulk order. How do I do that?

Can I include a message with my order?

At check out, you can include your message in the box labelled "special delivery instructions or message to the recipient".

If you need to add a message after you've placed the order, email us at info@palmbites.ca with your order number and desired message. We'll do our best to get the message on your order prior to shipping.

Order Tracking

Do I get an order confirmation?

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email immediately after placing the order. Should you not receive any, please feel free to contact us at info@palmbites.ca

Do I receive a shipping confirmation?

Once the order is processed, the tracking number will be sent to your email. Shipping information usually updates within 24 hours after the order has been shipped out.

The tracking number is not working, what do I do?

In any event that the tracking number is not working, please inform us at info@palmbites.ca and we'd be more than happy to help.

What is your Return Policy?

Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll take all necessary steps to make it right.

Care & Storage

How do I store my items?

Our products are best stored in a cool, dry place like your kitchen counter. No refrigeration is required. If you wish, you can also refrigerate or freeze your goodies.

What is the Shelf life?

The production date and Best Before Date can be found at the back of every package. Here is a general guideline:

Weddings & Events

What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifts and wedding favours.

Minimums vary depending on the product and level of customization. Contact us with your needs and we’ll provide a quote.

Can I customize the gift boxes with my logo or branding?

Yes. We offer branded stickers, inserts, and custom notes to align with your brand and occasion.

Can corporate gifts or wedding favours be made for dietary preferences?

Yes. Many of our favours are halal, and select options may accommodate other dietary needs. Please contact us to discuss availability.

Do you offer bulk or multiple address shipping?

Yes. We can ship bulk orders to one location or directly to multiple recipient addresses.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard corporate orders. Custom or large-volume orders may require additional lead time.

Can you help curate a gift within my budget?

All Palm Bites products are made in Canada at our Mississauga, ON facility

Will my chocolate melt during shipping?

It is rare, but it does happen from time to time, especially during the summer. We do everything we can in order to avoid chocolate from melting during transit. During the summer and spring, we add ice packs and use insulated bags that are rated to withstand heat up to 82°C (180°F) for up to 5 days. Even with all of that, there is still a small chance your chocolate may melt during transit, especially if customs agents inspect your order and they do not return the package to its original state, or if it sits on your front porch for hours in the heat.

The good news is our chocolate is safe to place in the fridge and consume after it hardens again. If you are ordering chocolate in the summer, please keep this in mind as it is not our responsibility if your order arrives melted, you are ordering at your own risk. We do not offer refunds as these extreme circumstances are completely out of our control. If you live in a hot state, we recommend to order only during winter and fall. If you are in the GTA, we recommend you stop by our retail location.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right. The only exception is if your order melts during transit, this is completely out of our control, and we cannot offer a refund. Please keep the weather in mind when ordering and use your best judgment, you are ordering at your own risk.
