Sukkari

Saudi Arabia

Sukkari dates are renowned for their exceptional sweetness. They are incredibly sugary with a melt-in-your mouth quality. Eating Sukkari dates is like savoring pure, natural sugar with a touch of butterscotch. Sukkari dates need to be refrigerated.

Palestinian

Medjool dates are known for their rich and sweet flavour. They have a caramel like taste with a hint of toffee and a creamy texture. They are often described as the “king of dates”. Medjool are the most well known dates around the world.

Deglet Noor

Tunisia

Smallest of the group, Deglet Noor dates have a semi-dry texture and a sweet, mildly nutty taste. They are less sugary compared to Medjool dates but offer a pleasing balance of sweetness and nuttiness, often likened to brown sugar.

Saudi Arabia

Khudari

Saudi Arabia

The mejdool dates are massive, juicy and delicious. They are also not cloyingly sweet. In fact, I have stopped using white sugar as I use these dates in my smoothies, my chia seed pudding (blend them with any choice of your milk), pies etc. Also, I devour these on their own or with walnuts. Since making my purchase from Palm bites for these Mejdool dates, I have never looked back to the dehydrated sad dates we normally purchase. And if my purchase is going to Palestinian date growers, Iam happy to contribute. Also everytime I have them out for company. They always ask where these phenomenal dates were bought from.
