What is the shelf life?

Our chocolate bars and dates have a 1 year shelf life. For product specific, please check under product description.

Is refrigeration required?

No, our products are shelf stable. However, please check under the specific product description as we make recommendations on how to store.

Do you have food traceability?

Yes, we are a SQF certified facility inspected by Global STD. This certification requires us to be able to trace every ingredient to the source.

What happens if my customer returns their order?

Please contact us to let us know if there was an issue with their order. We need to be made aware of any quality concerns as we take food safety seriously. Please collect all returns and send them to us for a partial refund and for us to inspect the concern. We do not offer refunds for unsold products approaching best before dates

Do you offer marketing material?

Yes! We're continuously working on adding different types of marketing collateral from digital to in-store. Check the wholesale website for more information.

Do you have a distributor?

We work with SRP for C-stores in Canada. Outside of this specific industry and region, we are open to work together.

Do you have a distribution centre or 3PL in the US 🇺🇸 ?

Yes we do, it is located in Dearborn, Michigan.
