All Palm Bites products are shelf stable. Refigeration is not required; however, we do recommend it for products thhat are not coated in chocolate to increase shelf life.

Yes, we are a SQF certified facility inspected by Global STD. This certification requires us to be able to trace every ingredient to the source. Since inception, we've had zero recalls.

Please contact us to let us know if there was an issue with their order. We need to be made aware of any quality concerns as we take food safety seriously. Please collect all returns and send them to us for a partial refund and for us to inspect the concern. We do not offer refunds for unsold products approaching best before dates
