About the Role

As Production Manager at Palm Bites, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food production facility, ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and schedule the production team, coordinate production plans, manage workflow and inventory, monitor output and labour costs, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Working closely with Quality Assurance, Operations, and senior management, you will help maintain our SQF, CFIA, and food-safety standards while identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and strengthen our processes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, dependable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing food manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Develop production plans and assign daily tasks based on orders, priorities, staffing, and available materials.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise production employees while maintaining a productive and respectful work environment.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to company procedures.
• Ensure all products meet Palm Bites’ recipes, specifications, quality standards, and packaging requirements.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to maintain SQF, CFIA, GMP, HACCP, allergen-control, sanitation, and food-safety requirements.
• Complete and verify production records, batch sheets, traceability documents, sanitation logs, and other required documentation.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging supplies, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent production delays or shortages.
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure required ingredients and packaging are available.
• Track production output, labour hours, downtime, waste, yields, and overall efficiency.
• Identify production issues and implement practical solutions to improve workflow, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are operated correctly, cleaned properly, and maintained in safe working condition.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and report equipment problems promptly.
• Enforce workplace health and safety policies and ensure employees follow proper procedures.
• Support new product launches, product trials, private-label projects, and process improvements.
• Investigate production errors, quality concerns, and customer complaints, and assist with corrective actions.
• Provide regular production updates and performance reports to senior management.
• Perform other production and operational duties as required in a growing food-manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of production experience in food manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Post-secondary education in food science, operations management, manufacturing, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, allergen control, sanitation, traceability, and food-safety practices.
• Experience working in an SQF-certified facility is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of CFIA regulations and Canadian food-manufacturing requirements is an asset.
• Proven ability to lead, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse production team.
• Strong production-planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience tracking labour, output, waste, yields, downtime, and production efficiency.
• Comfortable working with production records, inventory systems, spreadsheets, and performance reports.

• Flexible availability to support changing production schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lb when necessary.

About the Role

As Partnership Manager at Palm Bites, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness, expand our audience, and generate measurable business growth.

You will build relationships with complementary brands, influencers, content creators, corporate organizations, community groups, event organizers, and other potential partners. From initial outreach and negotiation to campaign execution and performance reporting, you will oversee the complete partnership process.

Working closely with the Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and Product teams, you will develop creative collaborations that align with Palm Bites’ brand and support product launches, seasonal campaigns, customer acquisition, retail growth, and community engagement. This role is ideal for a confident relationship-builder who combines creativity with strong commercial judgment and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Palm Bites’ marketing and business objectives.
• Research and identify potential brand, influencer, creator, corporate, retail, event, and community partners.
• Lead outreach to prospective partners and clearly communicate the Palm Bites brand, products, and partnership opportunities.

• Manage partnership budgets and ensure collaborations are delivered within approved costs.
• Support the Marketing and Sales teams with other brand-development initiatives as required.

About the Role

As E-commerce & Marketplace Manager at Palm Bites, you will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of our online sales channels, including the Palm Bites website, Amazon, Faire, and other third-party marketplaces.

You will manage the complete online customer journey—from product listings, merchandising, promotions, and inventory availability to conversion optimization and performance reporting. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Production, you will ensure our products are accurately presented, properly stocked, competitively positioned, and supported by effective campaigns.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded e-commerce professional who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple platforms in a fast-growing food and consumer-products business.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the e-commerce and marketplace strategy to increase revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Palm Bites website and third-party marketplace accounts.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, product attributes, and nutritional information.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager at Palm Bites, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive profitable growth across our direct-to-consumer, retail, wholesale, and food-service channels.

You will manage Palm Bites’ overall marketing calendar and oversee campaigns across Meta—including Facebook and Instagram—Google Ads, email, SMS, social media, content, partnerships, events, and product launches. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can develop the strategy and independently build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

Working closely with the E-commerce, Sales, Partnerships, Design, and Product teams, you will ensure every campaign is aligned with Palm Bites’ brand and supported by clear objectives, strong creative assets, accurate tracking, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute Palm Bites’ annual and quarterly marketing strategy across digital, retail, wholesale, and food-service channels.
