Fine White Chocolate
Smooth and creamy, with a delicate sweetness, subtle notes of vanilla and a soft, buttery finish. Fine White Chocolate is the one for anyone who wants pure creaminess.
33% Cocoa Milk Chocolate
Mild in cocoa flavour, with balanced sweetness and a soft, melt in your mouth texture. If you grew up on milk chocolate, 33% Milk will feel familiar in the best way.
56% Cocoa Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate
This is where the cocoa starts to come forward. 56% Semi-Sweet is richer in cocoa flavour, with balanced sweetness and a clean, velvety finish. It's a good first step if you want to try dark chocolate.
73% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
Bold and deep in cocoa flavour, with a subtle bitterness, light sweetness and a smooth finish. 73% Dark is for people who already know they like dark chocolate.
85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
The most intense bar in the lineup. 85% Dark is deep and full bodied, with minimal sweetness, a pronounced cocoa bitterness and a smooth finish.

- Ceremonial Matcha blends smooth white chocolate with ceremonial grade matcha. It's creamy and lightly sweet, with an earthy green tea flavour and a subtle bitterness.
- Strawberry has a delicate berry flavour, balanced sweetness and pieces of freeze dried strawberry throughout.
- Spicy starts as rich, creamy milk chocolate, then finishes with a gentle chili warmth that builds just enough to keep every bite interesting.
- Fruit and Nut is a classic: creamy milk chocolate loaded with crunchy nuts and chewy pieces of fruit.
