I use it as a sweetener for almond milk. Great flavor, more liquid, which is good in my case, it dissolves better in the liquid.
I wish I can read other reviews on this date syrup, but on the website was only showed the rating stars without reviews comments. I've been in journey cutting out sugar by replacing with it honey, so when I saw this date syrup I expect it was something similar to honey or maple syrup as stated. But on my tastebud it wasn't anything like that, if I have to described – it was taste like overcooked caramel in liquid form (the ingredients are deglet noor dates). Probably that's the way it is – I'm okay with it. I don't necessary to like it in order to rate the good five stars. It's vegan, gluten free, free of palm oil, packing in glass jar and I received them all in good condition, definitely a good healthy product.

This is my first time trying date syrup as I was adding whole dates to my smoothies and they didn't always blend up leaving me with chunks of date in my cup. This syrup fixes all of that. I tired the syrup on its own and I loved it! It's like a molasses only not as intense. Nice sweetness and very decadent. Might even try it over icecream.
