At Palm Bites, our original chocolate bar moulds were with us through some unforgettable moments. They helped bring our early ideas to life, carried bold flavours, and played a role in shaping who we are today. For that, we’re grateful.

But growth has a way of asking for more.

As Palm Bites evolved, so did our vision—of what our chocolate should look like, feel like, and sound like when it breaks. We found ourselves dreaming bigger: cleaner lines, more indulgent fillings, a stronger snap, and a finish that felt unmistakably us.

So we made a decision.

We’re saying goodbye to our old moulds to make room for something new. Something sharper. More refined. More intentional. A mould that reflects how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next.

This isn’t about leaving the past behind—it’s about building on it. Taking what we learned, what worked, what we loved, and elevating it into something that better represents the Palm Bites of today.
